2016 was a crazy year. So many things happen and a lot we probably forgot about. Here are just sixteen events that happened in 2016.

January 13th- Record Powerball winning of $1.6 billion shared by three winning tickets.

February 9th- Super Bowl 50. Denver beats Carolina 24-10.

March 6th- Nancy Reagan sadly passes away at 94.

April 21st- Music legend Prince passes away at 57.

April 23rd- Beyoncé releases Lemonade.

May 28th- RIP Harambe.

June 12th- The worst mass shooting in the US by a group claiming allegiance to ISIS. RIP to all the victims of the mass shooting in Florida.

June 19th- Cleveland finally gets a major championship title in years.

June 23rd- United Kingdom votes to leave the European Union.

July 6th- Pokémon GO is released.

August 5th- 31st Olympic games kicks off in Rio.

August 13th- Michael Phelps ends his career becoming the most decorated athlete.

September 19th- The end of Brangelina.

October 12th- James Charles becomes the first male spokesman for Covergirl.

Nov 8th- Donald Trump is elected as President of the United States of America.

December 19th- A truck crashes into a Christmas Market in Berlin killing 12 people.

Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
