The NBA Playoffs have just started, and you need a team to root for. The usual ultra-popular teams that the NBA laymen usually gravitate towards (Lakers, Knicks and Bulls) did not make the postseason, so many people need a team to bandwagon on. So to help you pick a team, here are the 16 playoff teams ranked on three of the major factors of bandwagoning: why they're fun to watch, their ability to win, and some personal reasons you should root for the team.

16. Houston Rockets

Dwight Howard and James Harden looking frustrated

Why they're fun: Honestly, the Rockets are pretty bad to watch. James Harden's lean-in to draw a foul every possession offense, and overall terrible defense makes him the least fun star in the NBA to watch. Dwight Howard's game leaves one in need of a nap, and watching him shoot (sorry I meant miss) free throws is infuriating.

Ability to win: The Rockets have the unenviable task of playing the Golden State Warriors in the first round. In short, they're already out.

Root for the Rockets if: You are really dedicated to Taco Bell, you hate basketball, you have a weird aversion to watching people succeed.

Don't root for Rockets.

15. Memphis Grizzlies

The unpredictable Matt Barnes

Why they're fun: The Grizzlies have been hit hard by injuries losing top players Marc Gasol and Mike Conley, leaving them in tough shape scoring wise. In other words, when Vince Carter and Jordan Farmar are important parts of your team and it's 2016, you're in trouble. The best part of watching the Grizzlies? You never know what Matt Barnes is going to do, which is at least entertaining.

Ability to win: Much like the Rockets, the Grizzlies have the almost impossible task of beating an all-time great team, the basketball machine, the San Antonio Spurs. They're basically out already.

Root for the Grizzlies if: You believe in impossible miracles, you hate Derek Fisher with a passion, you heard Kanye say Matt Barnes on "30 Hours" and really want him to succeed.

14. Charlotte Hornets

Kemba Walker

Why they're fun: Kemba Walker is one of the most exciting young players, and is ready to take the step into mega-star status. The rest of his team is solid, and if they play together, they have the potential to shock someone.

Ability to win: Walker has experience carrying a team to a championship, and the Hornets will need him to do so again if they want to win. It's a long shot, but not an impossibility.

Root for the Hornets if: You want Jordan to have some relief from the Crying MJ face, you still believe in Linsanity.

13. Atlanta Hawks

Paul Millsap

Why they're fun: The Hawks don't really have a star, (the closest being the very solid Paul Millsap) but they play really well together. The best part is the all-star lineup of ATL rappers that can be spotted on the sidelines.

Ability to win: The lack of star power makes it unlikely the Hawks will go far, but they have played together and have playoff experience which gives them an advantage. Personally, I think they should get Young Thug to perform every game. How could they lose?

Root for the Hawks if: You really love teamwork, you're thankful to Atlanta for all the rappers that come from the city.

12. Miami Heat

Hassan Whiteside: Is he ready to flex in the playoffs?

Why they're fun: Gone are the days of Dwayne Wade leading the Heat to the finals. They now must rely on the talents of Hassan Whiteside, Goran Dragic and shockingly, Joe Johnson to pick up the slack, which is interesting to watch.

Ability to win: It will be interesting to see how well Miami is able to play. Personally, I think it will end badly for the Heat. They just don't have a real star, something vital in today's NBA.

Root for the Heat if: You still watch DJ Khaled's Snapchat religiously , you like watching blocks, you're still holding onto the idea that Dwayne Wade is good.

11. Detroit Pistons

Andre Drummond

Why they're fun: The Pistons are very talented, but faded as the year went on. Now, they will try to answer the question of if a team whose best player is a center can win big in the NBA.

Ability to win: Detroit has the tough task of playing the Cavaliers in the first round. They do create an interesting matchup for the Cavs, and If they can win pull off the upset, they can make a real run. I honestly wouldn't be that shocked if it happened.

Root for the Pistons if: You really hate the Cavs and want them to lose right away, you're a big rebounding fan, you feel bad for Detroit and want them to have something nice.

10. Indiana Pacers

The inspirational Paul George
Why they're fun: Paul George is the best player no one talks about and is an inspiration to watch. After missing almost all of last year with a horrific leg injury, he has returned this season better than ever. The Pacers have many young and talented players, but no real second star, which will make for an interesting playoff run.

Ability to win: The Pacers have to play the very talented Toronto Raptors, but with George, they have a chance to make a very nice run.

Root for the Pacers if: You enjoy watching people come back from injury, love watching one player take over a game and lead his team.

9. Dallas Mavericks

Dirk Nowitzki is ready for another postseason

Why they're fun: It's amazing that Dirk Nowitzki is playing at such a high level at 37 years old. It's fun to watch them just for that.

Ability to win: Nowitzki will likely not be enough for the Mavs to win it all, but their coach Rick Carlisle is one of the best in the league, and may be the one to figure it out.

Root for the Mavericks if: You love Germany, you watch "Shark Tank" religiously, you like old people succeeding, but hate the Spurs.

8. Portland Trailblazers

Damian Lilliard and C.J. McCollum are ready to shock the world

Why they're fun: Guards Damian Lillard and breakout star C.J. McCollum are out to prove that they are good enough to win it all. Before the season, the Blazers were written off, but the Portland guards refuse to lose and have been on a tear together. Their high energy style of play should give opponents trouble, and the fans an enjoyable viewing experience.

Ability to win: Throughout the season, Lillard and McCollum were enough for the Blazers to win, and the two will have to be even better to lead their team to a deep postseason run.

Root for the Trailblazers if: You like rooting for the underdog, you think that "Droppin Dimes" State Farm commercial is flames.

7. Los Angeles Clippers

Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan

Why they're fun: The Clippers are a strange team. After Blake Griffin injured his hand punching a team equipment manager, they seemed to play better. This is not the norm when a team loses its best player. Now the question is whether the Clips will be better or worse with the returning Griffin. One thing's for sure: it will be fun to watch.

Ability to win: If Griffin's return makes the Clippers better, and the other players are able to match the level they were on when he was out, the Clippers could be very dangerous.

Root for the Clippers if: You like rooting for teams that have suffered for a long time, you still believe in the Twin Towers approach to basketball, love watching skilled players miss free throws.

6. Boston Celtics

Isaiah Thomas III ready to lead his team

Why they're fun: The Celtics don't really have a traditional star, but Isaiah Thomas III carries himself like one. Standing 5 foot 9 inches, no one expects him to dominate the court, but he sure can. Thomas is a prolific scorer, and his team is dynamic enough to make a very nice NBA team.

Ability to win: The Celtics are inexperienced, and lacking the crunch-time scorer that is usually needed to win the NBA title. They don't have the best odds of winning it all, but they will play with everything they can every time, which might just be enough.

Root for the Celtics if: You root for the little guys, you really like shooting guards, you believe in coaching over raw talent, you're Irish.

5. Toronto Raptors

DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry

Why they're fun: Besides watching Drake freak out at his Toronto brothers, the Raptors offer an exciting brand of basketball. All-star guards Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan are exhilarating to watch and hungry to prove themselves. Maybe this year will be theirs.

Ability to watch: Besides the young guards, the Raptors are low on star power. They will go as far as their back court takes them, which could be all the way.

Root for the Raptors if: You love Aubrey Graham more than life, think Canada is better than the United States, actually call Toronto "The 6."

4. Cleveland Cavaliers

Kevin Love, LeBron James and Kyrie Irving a.k.a the "Little Three"

Why they're fun: Everyone knows LeBron is a great player. The real question is if his teammates are good enough to create a super team like he had in Miami. So far it hasn't happened, but the incomparable J.R. Smith has been playing great, and could be the key to a Cavs' championship. That's right, J.R. Smith is one of the most important basketball players in the world. Rejoice.

Ability to win: The Cavs have the fortune to play in the Eastern Conference and are overwhelming favorites to make it to the Finals. Whether they will win once there is a different issue.

Root for the Cavs if: You aren't willing to accept Steph Curry as the new ruler of basketball, you enjoy watching teams with weird chemistry, you enjoy seeing balding people succeed.

3. Oklahoma Thunder

Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant are ready to win

Why they're fun: The Thunder hold two of the most exciting players in the NBA, Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. Both have had amazing seasons, and a blast to watch play.

Ability to win: The Thunder are one of the best teams in the league, but will likely have to play both the Spurs and Warriors to even reach the finals. Tough, but Durant and Westbrook may be talented enough to do it.

Root for the Thunder if: You like seeing people win who haven't before, appreciate dynamic duos, enjoy watching rim-shattering dunks, love triple-doubles.

2. San Antonio Spurs

The legendary Tim Duncan teaches future legend Kawhi Leonard

Why they're fun: Besides marveling at the Spurs cockroach-like ability to survive and be relevant in the NBA for so many years, the Spurs have the future of basketball in Kawhi Leonard. Leonard is one of the five best players in the league, and getting better. Watching him is a must.

Ability to win: The Spurs were overshadowed by the Warriors great season, while having an outstanding year themselves. Going 67-15 is very impressive, and losing only one game at home all year is even more so.

Side note: Spurs will likely play the Thunder in the second round, and Warriors in the Western Conference Finals. Can't wait.

Root for the Spurs if: You respect legends, you don't want to be on the biggest bandwagon but still want a good chance to root for the champion, you love team basketball.

1. Golden State Warriors

Steph Curry declares the Warriors position

Why they're fun: The Warriors are a historically good team, and the most enjoyable to watch by far. Steph Curry alone is more fun to watch than anyone else in the league, and Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Andre Iguodola and the rest of the Warriors team makes the Golden State squad the most fun team to watch by far.

Ability to win: The Warriors went 73-9. I think they have a pretty good chance of winning it all.

Root for the Warriors if: You're smart, you like the best things in life, enjoy watching basketball, want to root for the eventual winner.

No matter who you root for, the NBA playoffs should be great this year. Let me know who you're rooting for, and why you love your team.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
