Anyone who does pretty much anything with makeup is probably aware of the YouTube beauty community. There are hundreds of men and women on YouTube making tutorials, product reviews, and makeup challenges. Among these people are professional makeup artists, self-taught enthusiasts, and occasionally people who have been paid by companies to give products a good review. For those who haven't spent a lot of time in the online beauty community, it can be daunting to find a handful of beauty gurus that you can trust to give you their honest opinion about a product. Luckily, if you're interested in finding a wonderful blogger to watch, I have already invested countless hours in numerous different bloggers for you, and can point you in the right direction.
1. Tati Westbrook
Tati is hands down my favorite YouTuber to ever exist. She keeps all of her reviews incredibly honest, does amazing tutorials, and is willing to try anything for her followers. Not to mention she posts a video every day of the week except Saturday and Sunday. That takes extreme dedication.
2. Jackie Aina
Jackie is a vlogger with a message. She is a strong supporter of black owned beauty businesses and is always working to lift up her fellow black YouTubers. She recently released a palette with ELF and is best known for her "Trends We Are Ditching In 2015" video.

Kathleen in the queen of bold eye makeup. She has released multiple products in collaboration with colourpop, and I can say from personal experience that they are all amazing. Kathleen focuses on creating unique content and products that you won't be able to find anywhere else.
4. IAMKARENO
Karen is only 18 and is a stylist with ipsy. She does way more than just review makeup. Her videos focus on makeup, clothing, hair, and just general aesthetics. She is amazing young talent.
5. Ladylike
Ladylike is a segment of Buzzfeed and they aren't exactly beauty gurus, but they do commonly review makeup. Amongst the makeup reviews are clothing reviews, bath bomb usage, and a lot of good humor. While they aren't the most serious group, their insight is just as useful as anyone elses, and in one video you get a multitude of peoples opinions.
6. Wayne Goss
Wayne is a master of technique. Head his way if you want to know exactly how you should be doing something. There isn't much that he hasn't covered, and his videos are extremely insightful and professional, perfect for someone who is looking to perfect their methodology.
7. Emma Pickles
If you want to see non-traditional costume makeup, Emma Pickles is your gal. She does so many amazing looks, ranging from more simple looks like the one pictured above, to entire face prosthetics. She is truly an artist and can give you a behind the scenes look into hollywood magic, while also serving some halloween inspiration.
