This election season seems to be one that has voters all crazily trying to find their candidate to support. People complain that there is no perfect candidate, but I beg to differ. I have found a candidate that has met all of my requirements, and I truly think that you would agree.

This candidate is different because of his/her policy towards foreign leaders. This candidate is willing to sit down with leaders such as Vladimir Putin, while other candidates would not be in the same room as this first world leader. This is because they think of other countries leaders as thugs or less important than themselves, when in reality in order to serve the people of this country, they must ensure friendly relations with other countries. Diplomacy is a huge factor that should be considered, because if we the people ignore this, we could be at war or worse because the person we elect is not willing to show courtesy to other countries.

This candidate supports small business and the military! This seems like an impossible concept, but he/she supports both. He/she has policies prepared to stimulate small business and also ways to take care of our veterans once they are done serving our country. Most candidates have neglected these topics because they are very difficult, but people like me who plan to serve would love to have this person in office while we our serving our country. Even if only minor changes and improvements are made, the first step to solving a problem is recognizing it and he/she has definitely addressed that these are both key issues in this country.

This candidate is actually pro-women. This candidate developed an inner core of his/her business composed of women. This in itself is a huge point because any candidate can say that he/she supports women, but to incorporate them into a business plan is proof of the trust that this candidate has towards gender equality.

This candidate has been in the public eye for a long time now. Even though not all publicity has been good, he/she has managed to keep his/her reputation where it needs to be in order to even be considered for president. We know that no candidate will ever be perfect, and if they appeared perfect, it would be very concerning. The key is that this candidate has been in the spotlight and managed to stay on the straight and narrow path. This makes us voters a little more at ease, because we will not have to deal with a president that suffers from stage fright or is a complete lose cannon.

This candidate is different than any other candidate that has ran before. He/she does not follow the same rules that others have and has a stance that is not fully agreeing with Republicans or Democrats. This is great because it adds versatility and will contribute to allowing more progress to be made in Washington when it comes to new policies. This candidate has established allies in both major political parties and has time and time again proven that he/she is a force to be reckoned with

His name is Donald Trump. Surprised that he has so many great qualities? Don’t believe everything I have said because it goes against how the media portrays him? Believe both. Trump is an amazing candidate that the media does not want to become president. Trump is a man who has been attacked multiple times in his campaign, but when he fires back everyone becomes offended. This is a great quality in a leader because he is able to handle the crisis and at the same time he doesn’t lay down when he is assaulted. He fires back and that is something we need. He is not always politically correct and that is fantastic. Political correctness is something designed by politicians to not ruffle feathers and a way to protect themselves from opposition. Trump took that concept and threw it out the window, and it has been proven on multiple occasions that he thrives when presented with opposition. Donald Trump is a business man, which is a breath of fresh air, instead of being in the field of convincing people to vote for him, he has fully funded his campaign and shown the world that you cannot write him off as an easily defeat able foe.

Is Mr. Trump perfect? No, but no one is. Everyone is going to disagree with a candidate’s stance on something, but make sure to research and establish your opinions based on your findings and not what the news wants to feed you. Do not allow opinions from current leaders such as Barrack Obama sway you, because he is obviously going to be pro-democrat because that is his party. He is getting paid by his party to say this. Form your opinion, research my points, give just a little of your time to do your part as an American citizen and exercise the right to vote and invest in the future of our country.
