Football season is just around the corner. Fans are already preparing their work and school schedules around games and what snacks they'll be buying in bulk. Jerseys are taken out of their closets, and face paint is stocked up in every single color. It's suppose to be a time to bring everyone together — even if two friends like different teams. It's about sportsmanship, yet we cannot forget competition. But sometimes, others can seem to be a little bit more competitive than the rest. In this particular situation, it's Tom Brady, who was supposedly on a four-game suspension for deflating footballs so that the New England Patriots could have an advantage in the game.
This is what he wrote on his Facebook on July 29: "I am very disappointed by the NFL’s decision to uphold the 4 game suspension against me. I did nothing wrong, and no one in the Patriots organization did either."
Now, if you're like I am, you know minimal on football scandals, or really you know minimal on any other sports team besides the New York Giants.

#RepresentNYC. Tom Brady seemed to be in hot water, but not so much anymore. It's been all over social media, the news, television, et cetera.
According to CBSSports.com, "Judge Richard M. Berman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York has ruled in favor of Tom Brady and the NFLPA in its case against the NFL, overturning Brady's four-game suspension for his alleged role in Deflategate."
Before this, Brady was on suspension from playing four games with his team, the New England Patriots. Fans everywhere were in roaring dispute, because "my favorite player would never do such a thing," or, "bring Brady back." It caused such a mess that, but others who did not like Brady found the scandal to be quite funny. Here's an example found from Twitter:

But, the media was all over Brady when the Judge did release him from suspension. From several court dates and meetings, people can, and have, argue that there is no real set reason as to why Judge Berman let Brady off the suspension.
People say it's because the others prosecuted Brady too hard, or some say it is because he is a New England Patriots fan. But, whether Brady was guilty or innocent did not seem to be a problem for the rest of the court room.
Brady later wrote on Facebook: "The regular season starts tomorrow morning and I can’t wait to fully commit my energy and emotion to focus on the challenges of the 2015 NFL season. I want to thank my family, my friends, all of the fans, past and current players and my teammates for the support they have given me throughout this challenging experience ... " and of course it continues to thank Judge Berman.
