It is that time of the year again! It is close to football season, which means it is officially fantasy football time! NFL fans come together to watch football and compete in fantasy football leagues with friends, families, and co-workers for fun or for money. This makes watching football way more fun and more competitive. fantasy football has gotten so popular that there is even a fantasy football show on ESPN that helps fans decide who to draft, trade, start, and sit. Playing in a fantasy football league can be fun, but there are most likely the same type of people in every fantasy league no matter how many people are in it. Here are some types of people that will be in your league or other leagues.

The Commissioner

This is the person who runs the league. This person is usually the one who created the league. They control what happens in the league and make sure everything is fair. The commissioner usually gets really involved and may bug the other people in the league to make sure they got everything right. The commissioner can control all of the moves in the league but, usually plays fair.

The person who has no clue what they are doing

This is the person who got added to fill the last spot on the roster. You couldn't find anyone else so you went to this person and they say yes. When you tell them about the league they say things like "hopefully I get Messi or Ronaldo" or "I don't watch football" but they join anyways to help you out. They need help drafting and setting their lineups but you help them anyways since they helped you fill their league. Somehow they get a good team and end making the playoffs somehow.

The person who makes a lot of moves

This is the person who lives on the waiver wire. This person loves to add and drop players as much as they can so they can perfect their lineup and team. They make a ton of moves even before the season starts. They make as many moves as they do preseason in the regular season. If there is not a limit of moves you can make expect this person to take full advantage of that.

The person who makes terrible decisions

This is the person who sends terrible trade offers and add and drop questionable players. They would also be the one to draft Joe Flacco in the first round of the draft. This is the last person you want to talk a trade with. They would be the one to send Cam Newton for Robert Griffin III. Whatever you do, don't talk to this person.

The person who does too much research

This is the person who you see week after week watching ESPN's fantasy football show, reading articles on who to start this week, or reading fantasy football magazines. They try to get as much research as possible so they can have the best lineup for the week. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

These are only some examples of the types of people you see in fantasy football leagues. There are plenty more types of people. As you start your fantasy football season, keep an eye out for these types of people maybe try to spot different types in order to help yourself form the best team. I want to wish everyone good luck, to have healthy players and a successful season. May the best teams win their leagues!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
