I can feel the electrifying excitement in Tampa, FL all the way in Greenville, SC as our Clemson Tigers take on Alabama for a rematch at the 2017 College Football National Championship.

Something about this year just feels so right, I'm not sure if it's just the way the Tigers played this season or if it's just the Clemson student/fan in me....we'll go with both. This year is our year. The year Clemson brings home the WIN all the way back to Memorial Stadium.

This season has shown me something that I always new about Clemson and that is that we are a FAMILY. Through the bad, good, and best times, the Clemson Family always stays together and cheers on the Tigers every step of the way.

Throughout the season, you could count on Memorial Stadium being packed with the best fans. Away games also had a huge Clemson fan presence. The fall season is specifically set aside for our favorite college football team.

I got to experience that huge Clemson family once again at the ACC Championship game in Orlando, Florida. It seemed like the stadium was 50/50 Clemson and Virginia Tech fans, but the air was filled with cheering Tigers. I can just imagine how Tampa looks right now....Clearwater most likely became a sea of orange.

As I reflect back on this season, I can only be grateful to attend a school where we value family, integrity, and respect. The football team has played its heart out and they have gotten where they are with their own blood and sweat. Work hard is and understatement when it comes to them. They don't only work hard, they also play hard. Their heart and soul goes into each and every game. We see it in every orange jersey player on that field.

As I prepare my nachos and wine glass for a game that most likely gives me heart palpitations, I say thank you to every single Clemson student, alumni, staff, fans, etc., for their dedication to the Clemson family and for the unconditional support.

To my favorite football team and favorite coach, we stand behind y'all today and every day and we say GO TIGERS. Tonight is your night, so own it. We love y'all and many of us cannot wait to welcome y'all at Memorial Stadium Tuesday afternoon.

There is absolutely something in these hills and it is family, a family who makes it a home away from home.

NOW BRING IT HOME TIGERS!!!
