1. Coffee will put you in a good mood.


This can help with anxiety, depression, and just an over-all gloomy day.

2. Coffee can protect your heart.

Two or more cups of coffee a day can help with heart failure.

3. Coffee is good for liver health.

Well, maybe not espresso but I digress.

4. Leads to a longer life.

One cup of coffee a day can lead to people living happier lives and longer ones, too.

5. Coffee can help to burn fat.

Caffeine can boost metabolism, which would help to lose weight and overall physical performance.

6. Coffee can lower risks of Type II Diabetes, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.

Coffee is associated with lower risk of each of these for people that drink one to two cups a day.

7. Coffee is loaded with nutrients.

6% of the RDA for Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5).

11% of the RDA for Riboflavin (Vitamin B2).

2% of the RDA for Niacin (B3) and Thiamine (B1).

3% of the RDA for Potassium and Manganese.

Drink coffee, just not too much, but not too little!
