7 Things Every Girlie Girl Knows To Be True

Especially the first three.

7 Things Every Girlie Girl Knows To Be True
Person: Schuyler Kuhlman

Most females are separated into two different categories: the tomboy and the girlie girl. I happen to be in the deep end of the girlie side. And while tomboys understand other tomboys and girlie girls understand girlie girls, they rarely understand the other category fully. But every girlie girl knows the common characteristics that they share: the universal symbols of being that girlie girl.

1. You practically drool walking by a makeup store.

Foundation, mascara, and lipstick, oh my. You could actually spend hours looking at and trying on all of the products. You look forward to the next time you go to the store; meanwhile, everyone else is dreading your next trip there. And let's be honest, you could spend $500 in there and not even care because, let's face it, that eyeshadow that you just bought (and that have three other shades of at home) was totally worth it.

2. You have more makeup than you actually need, or at least that's what people tell you.

YES, you do have 8 colors of practically the same eyeshadow, but they are all used for different makeup looks. No, they are not the same color, and I don't care if they look like they are. Chocolate and dark chocolate are two different shades of brown, thank you very much.

3. Shoes.

You can't even deny that you have a shoe problem. From flats, to heels, to wedges, and boots, chances are you have almost every style in almost every color. And you're not even sorry because you have shoes for every outfit.

4. You're actually clueless when it comes to basketball shoes.

Kyrie's? Lebron's? You couldn't tell the difference unless it's made super obvious, like says it right in front of you. What you do know is Prada or Christian Loubouiton does not make them. But considering Cleveland won the championship, maybe you should learn a little thing or two about the shoes they represent. #believeland

5. You've seen "Legally Blonde" multiple times.

Why? Because you can totally relate to Elle Woods, duh. You've thought at least once about going to law school, and you would definitely be the best dressed lawyer that there is. You have most definitely thought about buying a small dog that fits in your purse, and maybe you've even thought about naming him Bruiser. And don't even try and deny trying the bend and snap at least once. Just to see if it really would work.

6. Pink is probably your favorite color.

From baby pink, to hot pink, it's in every aspect of your life.

7. You actually like sports, too.

As much as you love being girlie girl, you also can love sports. I happen be be a very big fan of the Cincinnati Bengals. Just as certain as someone will find you in a makeup store, you will also be seen in a jersey and smack talking the opposing teams fans in the stands of your favorite teams stadium.

All girlie girls can most certainly relate to each other, whereas the rest of the world probably does not. However, you love being yourself and wouldn't change it for the world, sparkly personality and all.
