Too often we sit around waiting for happiness, when actually we hold the power within us to seek happiness every single day.

Really, it's simple. Find simple happiness and create it.

Wake up early, and never be in a rush.

Fix your hair, make yourself presentable, and do it for yourself.

Listen to your favorite music.

Make your bed.

Light a candle.

Drive with the windows down.

Surround yourself with good company.

Drink a lot of water.

Tell someone what they mean to you.

Laugh- and laugh often.

Love hard.

Make time for prayer.

Be optimistic.

Catch up with an old friend.

Buy flowers for yourself.

Focus on your strengths.

Be less anxious.

Hang out with your family.

Dare to dream and chase them wholeheartedly- start now.

Avoid comparing yourself to others.

Sit on a swing barefoot.

Be grateful.

Be polite.

Notice the small things.

Be thoughtful.

Smile at a stranger.

Be kind to yourself.

Be kind to others.

Everyone deserves happiness.

And at the end of the day, you are left in full control. Eventually, you realize the importance of finding joy in even the simplest of things. Once you are able to do that, everything flows from there. Someday, the little things turn out to be the biggest things.

Choose happiness, simple happiness, today and everyday!!
