It’s all too easy to overthink things. No matter how overwhelmed you become, it’s always helpful to hear some words of encouragement to get you through the tough times. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I asked a few of my friends what their favorite quote/saying/verse/lyric/anything that puts their mind at ease. Below are all of their responses.
