Since I tend to be on the quiet side and we are currently miles apart, here are a few things I want you to know:

1. I am shy and don’t always share my emotions, but trust me, I am deeply invested in this.

2. I appreciate you driving 150 miles to visit me. It means the world to me. And I look forward to that first greeting every time.

3. Seeing a "good morning" text from you puts the biggest smile on my face. You have no idea.

4. I love how you like to sing obnoxiously loud in the car, even though I always blush in embarrassment.

5. But I don’t like that you are too scared to dance. One day, this will happen.

6. We have our differences, especially when it comes to sports. But that’s okay, I still like you even if you're not a Yankees fan and I am very sorry about the Mets. It will be okay.

7. I like flowers. You definitely already know this. But, just making sure.

8. Your sarcasm can get to me sometimes. But I appreciate you making me laugh. It’s good for the soul.

9. I love how you’re a true gentleman. And should thank you more often for being so kind and respectful.

10. Your obsession with cars is something I will never be able to relate to. But I am always willing to learn more and listen to everything you tell me.

11. You always find a way to boost my confidence, especially on the most stressful of days where I just want to drop out of school. Thank you for believing in me.

12. You always tell me to be selfish, but that’s really difficult for me, because my strongest desire is to make you happy.

13. I don’t like how you always go to sleep super early. But in reality, I should probably be doing the same, instead of staying up watching Netflix for hours on end.

14. I wish I could see you more often and miss you like crazy, but am glad that we have been able to overcome hardships and make this work.

15. Long distance is hard, but there’s no one I’d rather go through this with than you.
