With the 2016 Rio Olympic Games in full swing, everyone has their eyes glued to their TV's waiting to see who takes home gold, and who goes home empty handed. But what they should really be paying attention to is the USA Men's Olympic swim team...

1. They're just like us, with big childhood dreams. Except their dreams are realities...but that doesn't matter right now.

Rookie Ryan Murphy wrote a book to his mom when he was a little kid, telling her how he wanted to be the "best swimmer in the world" and an "Olympian." Just a few years later he grabbed his first Olympic gold in Rio.

2. Michael Phelps is a humble king. On Friday night Phelps took home his third Olympic silver medal after losing to Joseph Schooling, a 21-year-old swimmer from Singapore. After the race finished, Phelps swam over to Schooling, congratulating him on his first Olympic gold. Just eight years earlier, Schooling met Phelps briefly in Singapore when he was there training.

3. They have moments that remind us all that they are simply human, super talented humans, but humans nonetheless. 21-year-old Ryan Held took home his first Olympic medal after the Men won the 4x100m freestyle relay race. After receiving his gold medal with teammates Michael Phelps, Nathan Adrian and Caeleb Dressel, Held broke down crying and needed to be comforted by his fellow swimmers.

4. Nathan Adrian's smile and face and body and everything. I mean, come on. He's 6'7 feet of pure hunky happiness.

5. Conor Dywer.

6. Cody Miller's reaction to winning his first Olympic medal. He. Is. The. Happiest. Human. On. Earth. And its truly great.

7.They're just regular guys, and friends. Who eat in ice baths together. Totally normal right? Sure, sure, Phelps and Lochte.

8. They also play with puppies. PUPPIES AND OLYMPIANS. Enough said.

9. The guys also know how to let loose after a hard day of getting ready for the Olympics...by rocking out to carpool karaoke and absolutely killing it.

10. They love their families, and their families love supporting them. Ugh talented, cute and family oriented. Where can I get one?

They're talented, humble, family oriented and absolutely smoking hot. How could you not become the Olympic men's swim team biggest fan?

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
