All college students are likely aware of their university's student section for athletics: a big crowd of students that represent their school in a section of the stadium for each and every sport that is held on campus. The student section of athletics' main purpose is to show their love and support for their school and their sports teams, constantly screaming, cheering, and rooting for their school’s team no matter what game it is. People dress up in unique outfits to show their spirit every game but few manage to match the enthusiasm of ZonaZoo, the country’s number one 2015 student section of the year which is located at the University of Arizona, home of the Wildcats.

The University of Arizona Wildcats are greatly appreciative of athletics, especially when it comes to specific sports seasons. Everyone gets so involved and always wants to attend as many games as they can during the school year. They do their best to show support for their fellow classmates who participate in all aspects of athletics at the University. The students get so involved when it comes to sitting in the ZonaZoo section that they will do just about anything to show support for their school!
Football season is everyone’s favorite time of year because it gives way to another popular tradition: tailgating. Not only does Greek Row participate in throwing tailgates, but ZonaZoo holds student tailgates on the mall that offer free food before each and every home football game! It’s a great way to meet other students and join up with fellow Wildcats prior to football games!
ZonaZoo makes it so you can attend any and every sport you desire. From football, men’s basketball (with a red pass), gym cats, women’s basketball, volleyball, baseball, etc. you have access to all of these amazing sports that compete with other universities. The most important reason why we are the best student section in the country however is the NCSSA. For those who don't know, NCSSA stands for "National Collegiate Student Section Association" and it is thanks to their support that both ZonaZoo and Florida’s student section were able to attend the finals of the NCAA Tournament. Thanks to dedicated fans, students, families, and even coaches from the University,ZonaZoo is well on its way to being named student section of the year.
