Who is Refixmusic?

Making a name for yourself in the music industry is difficult to do on your own; yet, one person can make it appear less difficult. About six years ago, Abhishek aka Refix who is 23 years old, began his career as a multi-genre music producer. Refix quickly established his own route and rose to success in the Desi Hip Hop business through his own investigation of how music and beats are created. The route that Abhishek took to become Refix is detailed here.

As the name implies, refix entails flipping an original song, which is the skill of taking an original song and adding your own components without affecting its essence to make it seem eccentric and new age of music. Refix began his career by remixing older songs and posting them as reels on Instagram with his catchphrase, "Refix got the beat boy." Drill beats can be added to older, well-known Bollywood songs, and those songs can then be remixed with desi hip hop songs, which requires a lot of creativity, beat-knowledge, and modern musical expertise.During the covid phase (2020- 2021) his reels quickly became popular on Instagram and attracted the attention of others who liked his music, like Raftaar, Divine, King, Mc Altaf, Raga, Shubh, Bohemia, Karma, Kr$na and many more.

Refix was approached as a song producer by Emiway-owned label Bantai Records in November 2021. For a while, Chusamba by Emiway, the song he created himself, was the buzz of the town. Additionally, he has collaborated with a variety of industry musicians, including Mc Insane, Muhfaad, and Naaz. Refix has established himself as one of the most brilliant music producers in the business at such a young age, which is impressive.

He not only has outstanding beat creation talents, but he can also make the entire crowd dance to his DJ tracks. The manner in which he put out his label's event, Seedha Takeover, which took place at Antisocial,Lower - Parel Mumbai on 31st July, is commendable. From his costume to his own DJ mixes, he captured the attention of the entire crowd and converted the atmosphere into electric buzz. To say the least, the Seedha Takeover event was a complete smash, not just for the crowd but also for the members of his label who played that night.

Recently we have seen Refix hanging with KDM members like J.Hind, Official Bhagat, Baazigar in Dubai. They have teased for their collab which we are waiting from long and people are excited to see what they have come up.

Refix is more than just a name; he's a multi-talented musician who has established a new trend in the DHH business with his remixes, as well as his eye for detail and proficiency in generating head bobbing music, which has kept his fans interested and supportive.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
