Lately, it is big news that the Golden State Warriors won the NBA conference finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder and everyone is amazed. Golden State Warriors's MVP Stephen Curry has distinguished himself as one of the greatest shooters of all time from his fancy and swift layups to his astonishing and unbelievable half-court shots. Steph has everything from his own line of sneakers at Under Armor to his own place in the NBA hall of fame but now, it seems that Steph has his own line of emojis.
Yes, you have read that right. Steph Curry has his own line of emojis. The new package of emojis can be bought from the iTunes store for a low $2. However there are bootleg emoji download packs that are available as well. For the $2 that you shell out, you receive Stephen Curry, his wife Ayesha, and his two daughters Riley and Ryan. Other emojis include his father, Dell Curry and references to "Splash Bro" and "73-9."
Steph Curry playing basketball is a major component of the emoji keyboard but it is not all what the emojis are about. The emoji package contains three whopping pages of Steph and all of his fun shenanigans. You'll see Stephen Curry playing basketball, golfing, refereeing, spending time with his family, jerseys with the number 30 on the front of it, and limited edition pairs of Steph's Under Armor Curry II, all in different colors.
There are also some uncommon emojis, such as Steph going all super Saiyan, Steph shooting a basketball off the surface of the moon, Steph chewing on his mouth guard, and even a banner saying "Curry for President." Thrown into the mix are also a random series of emojis that you would not think to find on his keyboard such as a chef's hat, a basket, a pot of soup, the "okay" hand gesture, a pair of JBL headphones, a dollar bill, and "Steph gonna Steph." There are also some entertaining ones like "Baby Faced Assassin" and Steph Curry on the Wheaties box.
Personally, I think that unveiling a new line of emojis is a bold move on Curry's part since the product is highly unsought. This means people are less likely to buy the emoji package when they can easily download free emoji keyboards from different sources. However, Steph Curry is one of the few basketball players that does have his own keyboard. NBA all stars such as Lebron James and Kobe do not have their keyboard and the fact that Steph has his and that it is doing well separates him apart from the competition. This keyboard is a definite must-have if you are a sports nut or a Golden State Warriors fanatic.
