We all say we don't want to gain the 'freshman fifteen', and we think we'll be the one exception. But the truth is, it's really hard work not to. Here are a few ways to fight off the freshman 15, and stay in just as good of shape as you were when you came in to college.
1. Say no to late night cravings

3. Get in a routine of working out
4. Make sure you get enough sleep
5. Don't spend every weekend drinking your stress away
6.Walk to places near campus rather than driving your car
7. Stock your room with healthy snacks instead of unhealthy ones
8.Make sure to eat 3 healthy meals a day
9. Take the stairs instead of the elevator
10. Join intramural teams as a fun way to stay active
11. To control proportions use snack bags while eating
12. Don't try every new fad diet
13. Take a nutrition class to educate yourself
14. Attend fun workout classes on campus
15. Don't tell yourself you'll start eating healthy tomorrow
