Syllabus week is easily one of the best weeks in college for many reasons. But, it's also one of the worst.
1. Hitting snooze at least 5 times before your first class because you’re so used to sleeping in.
2. At least two of your professors not actually handing out a syllabus on syllabus day because they’re super “edgy” and “different”.
3. Feeling your motivation to graduate slowly drain along with your bank account when buying textbooks
4. Struggling to come up with a mildly interesting fact about yourself for an icebreaker activity.
5. Trying to figure out why you even need to do an icebreaker because there’s no way the professor is going to remember any of your names anyways.
6. Getting really irritated when the professor doesn’t let you out of class early and actually spends the whole hour reading every single word on the syllabus.
7. Promising yourself that this is the semester when you’re finally going to get your life together, stay organized, and not fall behind.
8. Immediately falling behind.
