He Was Sleeping With Some Other Chick So I Said 'See Ya Later Bish'

Dating is really difficult. There is no rule book or guide to help you through it. It takes a lot of trust and opening up for it to work. It is a long and emotional process to find the person that you want to spend your life with.

Trusting someone with your emotions can be hard, but once you find that trust and relationship it is an amazing feeling to be loved by someone, but you are also giving them the power to break you when you completely trust someone with your heart.

They can take that trust and completely destroy it.

Cheating is probably the worst form of a breakup possible. It makes you feel like you are not enough for that person. They then make you feel unworthy of love and broken. You are left feeling broken and betrayed which leads you to build walls of steel, trusting nobody.

If a guy is treating you like a second choice, a take it or leave it situation. Then girl, get the heck out of there. You deserve a guy who treats you like a queen. You are always a top priority. If he really likes you and wants to be with you, he will go to any lengths to have you. You deserve better than the dirtbag who cheated on you. Do not settle for anyone. Make sure that you are treated the way you deserve to be treated; anything less is unacceptable.

Healing is hard. We all heal at different paces. Some of us take longer and some can bounce right back. It also takes trial and error in dating other people. You may like someone, but the connection may not be quite right. You will probably go through a good handful of guys before you find the one that you really connect with and want to be with.

Trust in God's plan. He has the perfect person picked out for you, and he will make sure that you are going to be together. There is nothing that can keep you from being with the person that you are meant to be with. It takes patience and trust. I know it is hard now but take your time and jump back in when you are ready. Do not be afraid, because God will bring you your person, in the meantime, pray for your person. Even though you do not know him yet, pray that he is growing into the man that God needs him to be for you.

Waiting is hard, but you will not be happy if you settle. Do not settle for the first guy you see or the first guy that shows some attention to you. Know what you deserve. You deserve someone who treats you like royalty, who wants to get to know you and will do anything to be with you and will love you with every inch of their being. That love will come one day, do not lose hope.

And to the girl he wanted instead,

I hope you are enough for him, I hope he treats you the way he didn't treat me, you two deserve each other.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
