It is a known fact that not everyone out there is an early bird. As a night owl, I have found it difficult sometimes to wake up on the right side of the bed. Even though rising early is not my cup of tea, as adults sometimes we don't really have a choice. Over the years I have found some things I can do in order to make sure that my mornings aren't so rough.
Whatever the case may be, here is a list of things you may want to try our if you're not a morning person like me.
Start your favorite music play list.
Set the coffee maker to have the coffee made by a certain time.
Open the window blinds as soon as you wake up.
Try not to check social media as soon as you wake up.
Get a good nights rest the night before.
Have everything you need ready the night before.
Drink a glass of water soon after you wake up.
Have a good breakfast.
Wake up with enough time to get ready.
Don't hit snooze! It's a trap!
