Being raised in Texas I have to say I have grown to love baseball. Yes, I'm Mexican but love baseball but I can't stand watching it on T.V. If I watch baseball it has to be live! I can watch any other sport on T.V. but baseball.
To be honest, if you check my social media you will see that I talk a lot more about the Rangers than any other soccer team. I don't even own one soccer jersey but I sure do have Ranger shirts! Going to a Rangers game is by far so exciting more exciting than waiting for the game to come on T.V.
At the Rangers game you smell all kinds of things, some good and some not so great but that's part of the wonderful experience! It's a whole different world at the stadium. You see all kinds of food,42" long hot dog or so called "The Broomstick", which is the popular food right now.
Now watching the at home on T.V. is not as fun. You're smelling the same thing you do every day and you honestly eat the same thing you do on any other given day. Yes you have the traditional hog dog at the stadium as you do at home but it still doesn't have the same taste.
The stadium is full of excitement, I promise you there is no way you will get bored! At home after an inning there are always commercials but at the stadium there all sorts of activities to watch or you can simply walk around the stadium. There is really no time to be on your phone because you'll miss something. At the stadium you have to be on your guard for sure because you never know when a ball will be coming your way!
Going to a Rangers game is far more exciting than sitting at home watching the game. You might be at the game with the same people you would be watching it at home with but what makes it far more special is the trip to the game! You make everlasting memories going to and from the games. You have conversations that you probably wouldn't have at home and laugh your head off. Plus the plentiful pictures to remind you of that crazy trip.
I have grown to love the game of baseball. It's such an exciting sport to watch live and every time I go I always have the best of times. Yes, I watch it on T.V. at times but I much rather go watch is at the stadium.
