1. Trump said that "illegals" cost him the popular vote.
...Seriously, did he just make that up? There is zero evidence to support that statement.
2. He talked to the Department of Homeland Security about building that wall.
Even though it will cost between 15 and 25 BILLION dollars and it wouldn't even work. Click here to learn why building the wall is total BS.
3. He froze all contracts and grants with the Environmental Protection Agency.
This could prevent research about climate change, clean water, fresh air, and much more. The EPA does so much for the surrounding communities, yet the Trump Administration didn't have to think twice about their priorities.
4. He gave the XL Keystone & Dakota pipelines the a-okay to continue construction.
This is very disheartening. The DAPL will directly affect the drinking water and sacred artifacts of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. Again, priorities... click on this link if you want to find out how you can help. https://www.theodysseyonline.com/end-dakota-access...
5. Trump demanded that Mexico pay for the border wall.
Mexico's president, Enrique Peña Nieto, said "Nah," and cancelled his meeting with Trump. Then Enrique decided to meet with Meryl Streep, a known Trump opposer, instead.
6. Trump signed an order to block all refugees from entering the US for 120 days.
He also placed extra travel restrictions on people traveling from Muslim countries. Because they are all terrorists, right?? (WRONG.)
Here we are, America the great, not even lending a hand to refugees who are trying to flee their poverty-stricken, violence-filled countries. Luckily, this has brought a lot of good-hearted people together. All of whom are trying to help refugees in need. What have I learned from Trump's first week in office? He sure does like signing his name.
