Prayer.
Prayer is what we need in today's society more than anything. From generation to generation, the world has changed around us and is constantly changing. Things that were once a taboo subject are daily occurrences today. For example, the one topic that comes to mind is getting a divorce. This subject is one that it didn't happen in the olden days, but now you hear couples going through the process on a daily basis.
Prayer can help in many standpoints in life, from holding a marriage together to healing someone who is ill and wishing them well. Prayer is a wonderful thing and can work wonders over time if we just believe. There are many problems in society, and I believe prayer, over time, will get rid of them.
We are all different religions and that's OK — a prayer doesn't mean you have to believe in a certain God. A prayer can be a simple message that you have in your heart.
Miracles happen every day, whether through prayer or for the saying that everything happens for a reason.
From the tragedies to the triumphs, if we believe it or not, there is something special about life's adventures and the magnificent things that happen every day.
Prayer is probably one of the most heated topics in present day. Whether it's in schools, the government, or even in our own homes. We don't need to believe in the same God or go to different schools and be segregated by our religion.
Having different religions in schools is not a bad thing. Growing up and going to a Catholic school was not segregation to other children in the community. In fact, most of the children in my class went to other churches in the community and respected what the school had to offer, and we all turned out fine.
Having prayer in the school system was not a big deal in the past. When, where, and how did this blow out of proportion?
No matter what the circumstance, prayer is needed as a whole to fix this country in the long run.
