It's that time again of the year when millions of people will turn on their televisions to watch the biggest football game of the year. The 50th Super Bowl game will be played by the North Carolina Panthers and the Denver Broncos. This will be Cam Newton's first game while Peyton Manning will most likely be playing his last. The game will take place on February 7, 2016, at the new Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Peyton Manning will be seeking his second title and plays in his fourth career game. This will be his second Super Bowl with the Denver Broncos. With ticket prices reaching between $3,000 and $20,000 this game is for sure going to be a memorable one. Even if you are not an avid football fan or watcher, there are always things for people to do during the game to make it fun. From playing commercial bingo, to drinking games, and other activities, the Super Bowl is meant for friends and family to come together for a fun-filled night where anything can happen. The Super Bowl the second-highest day of food consumption after Thanksgiving.
The Super Bowl commercials are always a fan favorite, ranging from all sorts of ideas. Coca-Cola and Budweiser always have heartwarming commercials that might require a tissue at times. Doritos has never failed to give a good laugh and, of course, all the car commercials that never seem to end. An average commercial that lasts 30 seconds costs around 4 million dollars. With all that said, there are so many thoughts that go through someone's head while they are watching the game. Some people may wonder why on earth the game is played on a Sunday night instead of a Saturday, others may wonder if it is ignorant to ask which teams are playing, and some people just truly don't understand how the game works. Being a huge Peyton Manning fan, I will be wearing my orange and blue rooting for the Broncos. If you happen to be a Cam Newton fan, I wish you and the North Carolina Fans the best of luck. May the odd be ever in your favor. Lastly, here at some of the top asked thoughts during Super Bowl games.
