Apart from being a popular teenage drama with an attractive cast, riveting storylines, and lifelong messages, "One Tree Hill" is best known for its incredible soundtrack. Music played a huge role throughout series, from having guest performers to having a fictional record label. Almost every song on the show was golden, but here is a list of some of my favorites!

1. "I Don't Wanna Be" - Gavin DeGraw

I feel as if it would almost be offensive if I didn't start this thread with this song. I have watched a lot of tv shows with a lot of different theme songs, but this one is by far my favorite. You can't deny how catchy it is and how it just gives you chills every time you hear it.

2. "Halo" - Haley James Scott aka Bethany Joy Lenz

I don't care what anyone says, this song is a bop.

3. "Never Let Me Go" - Florence and the Machine

The scene that goes along with this song...oh, help me. I can't think of a better song that could have been playing during Nathan and Haley's reunion after Nathan was kidnapped. I can't listen to this song with hearing the words "hi, Hales."

4. "Dare You To Move" - Switchfoot

Okay, so this is another Naley moment song, but can you really blame me? Naley is the superior couple.

5. "Missing You" - Tyler Hilton

Technically, this song is a cover. But Tyler rocks it.

6. "Solider" - Gavin DeGraw

7. "In Love With A Girl" - Gavin DeGraw

I could probably put every Gavin DeGraw song on this list if I really wanted to.

8. "Secret Crowds" - Angels & Airwaves

I'll tell ya, the CODA moments of the show usually had the best songs to accompany them with and this song was no exception,

9. "Get Down Tonight" - KC & the Sunshine Band

This song is just a classic. It would be offensive if I didn't include it.

10. "Loaded Gun" - Tyler Hilton

11. "What I Love About Your Love" - Jana Kramer

As a huge country music fan, it made me so ridiculously happy when it got some representation in this show!

12. "Half Moon" - Blind Pilot

13. "Long Gone" - Chris Cornell

14. "When The Stars Go Blue" - Tyler Hilton & Bethany Joy Lenz

This song may have been the song that tore Naley apart, but it's still a bop.

15. "All In My Head" - Nick Lachey

16. "99 Times" - Kate Voegle

This song is so bad ass, just like Kate is.

17. "Wedding Dress" - Matt Nathanson

18. "Reanimation" - Blackalicious

There were a lot of dance moments in this show, but this was by far the best one.

19. "She Will Be Loved" - Maroon 5

20. "Calling All Angels" - Train

Iconic. Classic moment.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
