To the person I love most,
Let me start off by apologizing for how long it took me to love you. I am sorry that it took so long to realize the amazing and irreplaceable person you are. It was one of the most challenging journeys I’ve had in life; as well as one of the most insightful. I am grateful for every moment of your existence. You are so very important to so many people, though you may not believe it at times. Your value will never vanish, and your presence will always be relevant. I promise you are extremely valuable and extremely talented. I know that there has been many ups and downs, and there will inevitably be more but I assure you that I’ll love you through all of it. You have overcome obstacles that had seemed impossible to you and for that I am endlessly proud.
Its amazing how much you’ve grown and how much you will continue to grow. People will come and go, sometimes it’ll hurt so badly that you’ll feel incomplete and hurt. Just remember that you are the only person who can determine your worth and that it’s okay to grieve those who are no longer in your life. Never feel ashamed for the emotions that you feel because they make you who you are and you will never have to justify them to anyone. Not everyone you meet in life is going to have the same view point as you and that’s perfectly fine. As long as you are secure with yourself it won’t matter what others think because at the end of the day the only opinion that matters is yours. So love yourself unapologetically, you deserve it.
I know that there are going to be times in life where everything is impossible and just going wrong but I promise you that you will survive. You will pick yourself up and keep going because you are strong and resilient. There is going to be a mix of good and bad in life, its inevitable. However, only you can control what you get out of those. Take them as opportunities to grow.
I never though in a million years I would say that you were the person I love the most. Life has always been crazy and we have been through a lot and I can say up until this very moment we’ve made it. Loving you is something I will never tire of doing. Loving you shows me that love is worth the unpredictable journey. You’ve shown me that regardless of the outcome love is such a valuable gift. Because of you I am able to love again and I am able to open my heart to others. I love you so very much forever and always. Words can not explain how grateful I am that we made it. I love you to the moon and back.
