Fear: it is the one thing that can hold you back. It is also something that can allow you to do great things. Fear can consume you. Admitting that you are afraid can make you feel weak. With fear, you can be afraid of new experiences because they are unknown. But, you can also use fear to motive you to try something new.

In my life, I have found that I have been afraid to try something new because of fear. Fear is not the only thing that has held me back. I have also been hesitant to try something new because of doubt, or I think of the possibilities of what could go wrong once I will do something. But I have also made some decisions because of fear, which has allowed me to have new experiences.

Becoming afraid and the feeling of uncertainty is an emotion that we all know. When your heart races, and your mind is telling you that you will fail and should not pursue an experience, it is hard to believe in yourself. As fear holds you back from what you truly want in your life, it makes it hard to enjoy life’s experiences.

If you choose to live on the other side of fear, it can be liberating. You can be freed by the feeling of doing something that is outside of your comfort zone. Life is uncertain and you will never know what will happen, which is why fear can easily consume you. However, in your life, everything you want is often on the other side of fear and it is up to you to decide if you want to live in fear or not be afraid.

As new experiences come up in my life, I am choosing to not be afraid. Fear has held me back in the past, making me not take a chance that I wanted to take. As I often am afraid of new experiences, I know that it also part of life to have new experiences. Living inside your comfort zone will not allow you to experience all that life has to offer, and could even prevent you from being successful because of the fear of failing. Instead, it is important to be open to having new experiences and taking a chance in your life because you never know where it could lead.

I know that if I choose to live on the other side of fear, I will be able to grow in my life. I also know that I should not be afraid of what the future might hold, because I know that it is unpredictable and I cannot plan for it, but I can decide what experiences I will have. If try something new that I have never experienced, it can help me to better understand what I want in my life. If I take a chance, then it could open new doors in my life and lead me to become successful.

Living on the other side of fear and not being not afraid is terrifying. It is hard to take the next step to try something new. When you choose to be fearless, it can change how you live your life. Although it takes courage to live on the other side of fear, this is how I want to live my life because I am not afraid.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
