Katherine Phillips

Hi, I'm Katherine, and I am excited to be writing for The Odyssey! I am passionate about helping others, all topics related to health and wellness, and showing others how to lead a healthy lifestyle. As a Colorado native, I enjoy exercising and going outside to enjoy the beautiful scenery. I also love cooking and trying new foods I am a Public Health Major at the University of Colorado Denver and am interested spreading awareness about health and finding solutions to improve current health policies to improve the health of future generations. In addition, I am also of Greek descent and an Orthodox Christian.I hope to inspire others through my writing, as well as connect with my community to make a difference in the lives of others.
