From the Return in 1999 to Johnny Manziel, the Struggle is Real

As a long-time Cleveland Browns fan, I've known struggle and heartbreak for my entire life. I know there are so many that are in the same boat as me. Week after week, fans sit in front of the TV, just hoping for a win. Every once and a while, a miracle happens and the Browns finally win! Sadly, most of the time, fans just move on every Sunday with another loss.

When it comes to the Cleveland Browns, everyone knows that they aren't the best team in the league and that they constantly struggle, no matter what happens in the off-season. Year after year, we end up getting some pretty good draft picks, always including a new quarterback. Unfortunately, no matter what, the Browns never figure out how to use the draft picks to their benefit.

It's a terrible life for Cleveland Browns fans and at the end of each season, things usually just get worse. There's a new coach, new quarterback and sometimes new front office members. Cleveland Browns fans always expect this to happen, though, so it's normal for the fans.

If you Google the Cleveland Browns, one name in particular constantly pops up on the screen, Johnny Manziel.

A star quarterback at Texas A&M, "Johnny Football" was well-known and well-liked. Throughout his seasons in college in 2012 and 2013, he had a total of 595 pass completions and had a 68.9% completion rate. After his two starting seasons at Texas A&M, Johnny Manziel decided to enter the NFL Draft. In May of 2014 during the NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns drafted Johnny Manziel as the 22nd overall pick. Many fans saw this coming and within days, "Johnny Football" jerseys flew off the shelves. Now, just two seasons later, rumors have come about that his time in Cleveland is over.

In the recent days, news outlets have been reporting that he could potentially move to the Dallas Cowboys. It was also rumored that while suffering from a concussion, Johnny Manziel, disguised as "Billy", was seen in Las Vegas the night before the Sunday game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Story after story and picture after picture have come around with people discussing "Billy". It was reported that he was wearing a blonde wig and had a fake mustache on while seen in Las Vegas.

Johnny Manziel fought the rumors with an Instagram post showing his dog and "proving" that he wasn't in Las Vegas.

With Johnny Manziel's future in Cleveland still up in the air, Browns fans will just have to wait and see what happens next in the off-season. I'm just guessing that a new quarterback is in store for the 2016 team.

Along with Johnny Manziel's future in Cleveland, a new head coach is coming in the future. After the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in December, GM Ray Farmer and Head Coach Mike Pettine were fired. No one was surprised by this though.

New coaches and new quarterbacks are a normal way of life for Cleveland Browns fans. Maybe someday the team and the front office will learn that getting rid of a coach and quarterback after one or two seasons isn't the way to run a team.

Until then, myself and other Browns fans like me will watch them struggle and hopefully celebrate like crazy when they finally win a game.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
