The Future of the Bulldogs Football Team

After a hard and stressful 10-win season with a top 10 final ranking, the Dawgs unfortunately just couldn't get what they needed done, done. However, the future for our football team seems very, very bright.

For the coaching staff, Mark Richt has just signed a two-year extension, and the hiring of Brian Schottenheimer as offensive coordinator seems like the perfect fit for our team moving forward.

Along with the coaching staff, our offense has seven returning starters: five from the offensive line, Chubbs at RB as one of the best in the country and the very talented WR Malcolm Mitchell. The return of these guys helps to add some stability to our offense. With that being said, our QB situation might cause some anxiety. Fortunately the coaches are sure to see some intense competition during the spring and summer practices between Brice Ramsey, Faton Bauta and Jacob Park, the most talented quarterback is sure to be given the position.

For the defense we have six returning starters and under the coaching of Jeremy Pruitt the defense is certain to show even more growth than last season. With the return of Leonard Floyd, Lorenzo Carter, Jordan Jenkins and Quincy Mauger, our secondary is guaranteed to have more experience and be more successful than previous years.

As for the new Dawgs, our recruiting class seems to be solid. After finishing in the top-10 recruiting classes, UGA was able to pick up many valuable five-star and four-star players, including ATH Terry Godwin and DT Trenton Thompson.

After finishing in the AP Top 25 rankings in eighth, the early projected rankings for the 2015 season have Georgia ranked in the top-10. With returning players on both sides of the ball and a solid recruiting class, the Georgia football program seems to become more and more successful every year.

The 2015-2016 football season is sure to be a great one. With a couple of easy games at the beginning of the season, our team will be able to work out the kinks and get the new players valuable experience before going up against South Carolina on Sept. 19, Alabama on Oct. 3, Missouri on Oct. 17 and Auburn on Nov. 14.

If you were excited for the 2014–2015 season, I hope you're prepared to be even more excited for what is to come in the future years of the Georgia Bulldogs football program. Football games in Sanford Stadium will just keep getting better and better as the years go on.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
