Princeton undergrads Michael Pinsky (right) and Vaidhy Murt (left) created Friendsy to bring college students together. With the verification of your .edu email, students can choose if they are looking to hangout, hook-up or date. This prevents anyone from assuming you want anymore or less than what they are expecting. You can literally friend zone your last-minute formal date before he even gets any ideas. If the feeling is mutual, both parties will be notified, but if not, everyone's secrets are safe. It's a win-win.

Unlike Tinder, where you can only match people within a certain radius of you, Friendsy allows you to match with students at the college of your choice. Match with the Ivy league genius from Harvard or the southern gentleman at University of Alabama.

Everyone knows the devastation when you accidentally swipe left on the only decent looking guy on Tinder. Once you go through everyone in your search criteria, regardless if you decided to request to hangout or not, Friendsy will have the people you didn’t choose to match with loop back.
