To all the girls out there that are working out for spring break, I know what you are going through.

I am currently starting my own workout plan so I will be ready for spring break and graduation. The stress and panic of last semester have caused me to gain some weight. Of course, for spring break everyone has to have flat stomachs and toned arms and legs.

I understand the pressure that you under.

In order to get spring break ready, I have decided to start working out now because last-minute workouts do not work. The pressure of waiting to the last minute will not show any results. Crash diets and overworking the body will actually have a negative effect on you and cause you to gain even more weight.

I get it, there should come a time where it doesn't matter how flat the girl's stomach is and if the guy that is checking you out has abs or not. But will live in a society right now where it does. We live in a society where there a million and one apps for exercising and eating healthy.

I can sympathize with the girls who find it hard to stay motivated to workout. It can be really hard to stay motivated for a goal that is a couple of months out or when you don't see any results at first. The key is to stick with it and I know that is easier said than done. I wish I was one of those girls who say it doesn't matter what others think. I applaud those girls, but for me, that is just not in my DNA. For me, if there is something that needs to be changed I do not stop until I change it.

This week I will start my workout plans for spring break and graduation, and I am hoping to stick to the workout plans. There are plenty of times when I start workout plans but I never follow through. But this time I am determined to follow through. I want everyone out there who is in the same position to know that we can do it.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
