It’s about that time of year again, when we all decide to get back into shape after months of feasting (guiltily) on delectable food during the holidays months. With spring coming, temperatures will steadily begin to rise. And soon enough, summer vacation will once again have arrived. Of course, the weather doesn’t have to necessarily determine when the right time to get in shape is, but it's definitely a good motivator!
