The time is here, the time has come,
it is time to start your curriculum!
With so much do, and so many whos to meet,
how are you supposed to just take a seat?
Everything is fresh, and everything is new,
you're just a who's who is in a brand new zoo!
But how do you start when everyone seems to smart,
and you're not sure if your major should be business or art?
That's a great question my dear,
and if all the who's will gather near,
I can share some advice that will be loud and clear.
Now listen closely, and listen all,
for what I am about to share will help pick you up when you fall.
College is hard, no one said it would be easy,
unless you get by, by being real sleazy.
Now the first important rule to succeeding the right way,
is to try a new experience every day!
Whether it is taking a chance and learning to dance,
singing out loud in front of a crowd,
or riding a bike with someone you like!
You must try new things and be open to adventure because let me tell you, discovering yourself is quite the thirst quencher.
There are clubs, and there are classes,
there are chicks with super fine… glasses.
There are groups of people wearing letters you don't understand, and groups of people who are far too tanned.
There are jobs all around, both big and small, but a job's a job,
and you don't want to miss out on a bar crawl.
We have only just begun, you see college offers you a lifetime of opportunities along with some fun.
There are teams where they play sports, there are teams where they sing, there are even teams that debate everything!
Now I have only named a few,
but see how many wonderful things you can do?
We must not stop here, we must keep going,
for there are a few more lessons that are worth showing.
The next lesson is a simple one yes,
but it is a lesson that surpasses the rest.
What is it you may ask that is so important to succeed?
Why my little lost who, your soul is all you need.
To be yourself is the greatest advice of them all because when you're always yourself you always stand tall.
There is no other who that is a who quite like you,
you are yourself and you have so much to do!
It's hard to be ourselves when all whos do is think about which who is better than you.
It's hard to be ourselves when judgment is high,
it tricks you into thinking you can't touch the sky.
Sometimes who's will say not so nice things,
that will hit us where it hurts, or even where it stings! The whos that love you for the who you are, are the whos who will help you reach the stars.
By just being you, everything else will fall in place,
I mean who wouldn't want to befriend a who who's traveling space?
There is a very important rule, that we must not forget about.
For this rule will help you succeed past college no doubt.
That rule is to be kind and pleasant to everyone you meet,
chances are you will come across a who who's super sweet.
However there are some who's who seem to chose, a lifestyle that is not so considerate and filled with the blues.
These are the whos that need your heart most,
because these are the whos who have completely lost hope.
There's not much more to say, we're all capable of loving in a very deep way, but sometimes we just need to take a step back
and reevaluate how we act.
Now that we're done,
I've given you all the tools you need to become number one.
Just be the best you, which I know you can do.
Try new activities, maybe build a canoe!
College is hard, but college is fun,
maybe you'll land a who with a man bun.
Sometimes we get scared and sometimes times get tough,
even if it's just over the small stuff, but no matter the complication, no matter the trouble, try not to let it burst your bubble.
Don't spend your time in college hiding away, spend your time ceasing every opportunity every day.
College is easy once you get in the groove, it is a time of making mistakes and learning to improve.
So let me repeat myself, and repeat it loud,
reach for the stars, don't settle for a cloud.
