It's almost that time. Bowling Green State University seniors only have fourteen weeks left on our beloved campus! (Unless you're going to be a fifth-year like me.) Time is running out. Remember those first few weeks that we spent here as baby freshmen? We thought that graduation day would never come, or at least not for a long time. We need to make the most of this semester and live out all of our BGSU hopes and dreams. Before you leave, make your mark on this campus, our campus, by completing this fully comprehensive BGSU Bucket List.

1. Drink A Legal Joint

There is nothing like Brathaus' most famous cocktail. You're going to miss those $5 drinks when they are gone.

2. Eat An Entire Myle's Pizza

Chicago deep dish and New York style thin crust do not even compare to the deliciousness of a Myle's pizza.

3. Successfully Complete A Bar Crawl

Are you up for the challenge?

4. Enjoy A Fishbowl At Nate & Wally's

The last time I checked, no other bar can concoct a fishbowl quite like Nate and Wally's.

5. Sneak Into The Doyt

Have you ever watched a sunrise, sunset, or stargazed on the 50 yard line of Doyt Perry Stadium? If you haven't, I highly suggest that you do it before your time at BGSU comes to an end.

6. Visit The Quarry

Portage Quarry is one of Bowling Green, Ohio's hidden gems. There's nowhere else where you can scuba diva, ride hydro-bikes, or play beach volleyball all in one day.

7. Eat, Drink, And Be Merry At Kegs And Eggs

The real test of survival is whether or not you can make it to class afterwards.

8. Participate In Spring Stampede

You won't regret it. Well, you might regret it in the morning, but the experience is all that matters.

9. Order A Delicious Treat From The Cookie Jar

It's even better if you order the cookie of the day.

10. Watch A Movie At The (S)Mall

Sure, the movie theater at home might have reclining seats or IMAX screens, but there's something about seeing a film at the (s)mall that is just indescribable.

11. Take A #Selfie With Freddie And Frieda

It's fun, I promise.

12. Kiss Your Love On The Seal At Midnight

Who knows, you might become Falcon Flames one day!

13. Eat At The Dining Halls One Last Time

Relive those underclassmen days and dine at the Oaks or Carillon. Kudos to you if you can find a freshman to swipe you in.

14. Go To Every Floor At The Jerome Library

Did you know that you can rent movies on the fourth floor in the Browne Popular Culture Library? There are so many other floors in the library besides the group work and quiet ones.

15. Take A Picture With The "Metamorphosis Rock"

This is one rock that you will never, ever want to forget.

16. Get Food At The Union

It's tasty!

17. Attend A Fine Or Performing Arts Event

It's important to support our school's creative programs and student tickets are usually under $10.

18. Go To A Game

There are still quite a few basketball and hockey games left in the season and gymnastic meets and baseball games will be starting up soon. Student tickets are free!

19. Watch The Unmasking

Everyone is just dying to know who is under Freddie, Frieda, and Sic Sic #1 and #2's masks. Mark your calendars, because Freddie and Frieda are set to be unveiled on February 13!

20. Roll Down The Wolfe Center Hill

Release your inner child.

21. Run Through The Administration Building's Fountain

Don't ask questions. It's just one of those things that you have to do as a BGSU student.

22. Visit The Art Gallery

The fine arts building has an in-house art gallery that spotlights student pieces. Let me tell you, the work is phenomenal!

23. Workout At The Rec Center

The gym is already included in our student fees, so you might as well take advantage of it.

24. Try Every Flavor At Eric's Ice Cream Factory

No, I don't mean just a sample.

25. Go To Country Night

It's like a right of passage.

26. Get A Personalized Sic Sic Sez Sign

There will be no better way to remember your Alma Mater post graduation than by hanging up your very own Sic Sic Sez sign in your apartment.

27. Spend One Last Night In The Dorms

Because it's nostalgic.

28. Dine At El Zarape

Don't forget to order a jumbo margarita!

29. Drink Coffee At Grounds For Thought

You're sure going to miss BG's cutest coffee house.

30. Purchase A BGSU Alumni Sweatshirt

Please try not to cry at the checkout.

I'll never forget the day that someone told me these words: "Madison, I think you're a good friend to everyone but yourself." I stood there completely in awe of that statement. Before that day, I never really thought about being a friend to myself, and at the time, I didn't really know what it meant. Now, I realize that you can't fully be there for other people unless you're there for yourself, too. You can't show up for others until you're willing to show up for yourself.

Here are five things everyone should learn in order to be a better friend to themselves. These steps are hard, but they're so worth it.
