Many herbal teas, from black to white, floral to fruitful, or spiced, are said to hold many colorful benefits.

Drinking tea can alleviate much of your anxiety and specified pains, while preventing many diseases long term.

Being informed about the benefits alone, are a good sign.

Rose Hip Tea

Rose tea, itself has no caffeine. Please note, Rose hips are unrelated to the rose flower.

Make sure you buy the right blend for you. Because there are several hundred species of rose plants out there. Find your favourite, knowing there are many blends, with or without the contents of caffeine.

Having an exceptional source of vitamin C, being packed with impressively powerful contents of antioxidants. Rose hip tea is great for the immune system, and aids in preventing type 2 diabetes.

Rose hip tea is said to provide many benefits to the body, but many of these are not well supported by science. Still, you can always try it to see what is best for you.

Peppermint

It is not recommended you drink peppermint tea if you are prone to acid reflux or heartburn.

On the other hand, Peppermint works great for sinus or congestion relief, anti- aging, and overall digestion.

Being consumed for over centuries as a remedy for digestive issues like nausea, gas, and bloating, it is a great way to improve your overall immune system.

Earl Grey

Though Earl Grey is a black tea, it, like all, provide much of the same amount of antioxidants. It spans in many aromatic blends and forms. Containing Bergamot extract, from orange peels, it can improve your cholesterol.

According to WebMD, this tea can lower both LDL cholesterol (the “bad” cholesterol), and total.

Whether you choose to cut down on caffeine or if you are seeking a little afternoon pick me up, this tea is your noble man, or lady. Jokes.

This is possibly one of my favourite black teas on this list. Beware.

Green Tea

This one is notable for everything. Having dedicated it's category for its color. Solely, Green Tea is a bioactive tea in all of its forms. It is recognised as one of healthiest beverages on the planet by far.

This drink works wonders for boosting your metabolism.

Whether you are trying to shed a few pounds or maintain your weight, green tea's overall benefits provide the answer with much evidence to your brain's immediate question of, "Why not?"

Paired with sugar, lemon, or honey, I am always for improving my sleep quality or, overall, energy.

Chamomile

And, just in time, this one is great for sleep, meditation, and relaxation. Just steep it for 10 minutes, and see for yourself.

If you're like me, opt for two bags instead of one.

For your information, chamomile does wonders in cutting inflammation. As this one always makes the list.

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
