With "The "Bachelorette" back and in full swing, there is bound to drama, romance, and a lot of weird stuff going on. But the important thing to remember here is that even though these guys are fine as hell and super buff, we should be using this time to get fit too. 2. When a boy is shirtless: 30 bicycle kicks (per shirtless guy).
3. When someone tells Jojo a sad story: 30 jumping jacks.
4. When someone interrupts Jojo during the cocktail party to "steal her": plank for 30 seconds.
5. When Jojo kisses one of the guys: 10 burpees.
6. When a guy says that Jojo is the "perfect woman": 20 leg lifts.
7. When someone cries: 15 push-ups.
8. When a date card is being read: run in place.
9.When anyone says the word rose: 15 squats.
