Whenever someone says the word "Target," I am hit with instant happiness. It seems as though every girl is obsessed with Target, and I honestly do not blame them. Target is bright, cheerful, organized, and above all things, CLEAN.
Good day? Go to Target.
Bad day? Go to Target.
Bored? Go to Target.
Have an urge to spend money you do not have on things you do not need? Go to Target.
So, here are 8 signs that indicate you are obsessed with Target:
1. Your Wifi Automatically Connects
Documenting your every move and all the beautiful things in the store on Snapchat is a must. Plus, you want everyone to see you are at Target, so they can be jealous that they aren't there.
2. The Employees Know Who You Are
The barista at the Starbucks already knows your order when you walk up. The employees always try to help you stay on task by asking, "So Ravyn, did you remember to bring your list this time?"
3. The Dollar Section Is Like The Doors Opening Up To Heaven
$1= basically free. Whether it be sticky notes, seasonal decor, chalk boards, or colorful containers, just because it says one dollar, basically means that I NEED all of it.
4. You Feel Pulled In Different Directions
There are so many places you want to go in the store, but you have no idea where to head first. Should I go to the makeup section? Look at their awesome socks? Hit up the dollar section? Look at the cheap throwback CDs? The opportunities there are endless.
5. You Have Spent Hours There
The average person probably spends about 20-30 minutes there depending on what they need. But for you though, 2 hours is not enough.
6. You Feel Genuine Happiness When You Are There
A trip to Target can automatically guarantee a mood booster.
7. You Will Find Any Excuse To Go
You will literally come up with ANY reason to make a trip to Target. These may include: "They have better lighting which will make picking out my foundation much easier" or "It may rain soon and I definitely need to make sure I have another pair of rain boots... just in case." An even more extreme example would be "The refrigerator section there is a degree colder, and that definitely makes all the difference."
8. You Get Annoyed When People Say They Love Target More Than You
Like girl, I am the Queen of Target. It is my kingdom. I shall love it more than anyone. My love is forever within the beautiful walls of "Tarjay."
