1. Disappointment
Being let down is one of the worst feelings. We often get our hopes up, only to see them crumble right before our eyes. The good thing about being let down is that it's an excellent opportunity for growth. The second time around we know exactly where we went wrong, and we better understand how to get the results we desired.
2. Heartbreak

Relationships are beautiful. But no matter how strong the bond, or how much you love each other, sometimes things just don't work out. It doesn’t matter how your last relationship ended, if you loved the person chances are you felt heartbroken; and that's okay! Love is nothing but trial and error. You'll determine what you like and dislike in a relationship, you'll learn to appreciate when you are treated the right way, and it'll make your next relationship that much sweeter.
3. Sickness
The flu, colds, fevers, food poisoning; truth is they all suck. But have you ever taken a moment, after recovering from a stuffy nose, to sniff the air and appreciate how easy it is to breathe? That is why we need sickness, so we can be grateful for our good health when we have it, and do the most to ensure we stay healthy.
4.Change
So many of us are afraid of change, whether it's our favorite seat on the bus, or an entire family dynamic. But change is honestly one of life’s greatest hidden blessings. With change comes knowledge and growth. There is no way for us to learn as individuals if we never change how we live.
5. Stagnation
When we find ourselves “stuck in a rut” it can feel completely alarming. We begin to get bored with our everyday lives, and we seek out ways to spice things up. Here’s the truth; sometimes being, and staying, right where you are is a good thing. When life isn’t changing rapidly, take it as a blessing. It is an opportunity to enjoy and embrace what is going on around you; a chance to truly live in the moment.
