Almost a year a ago we laughed and mocked Republican Presidential Candidate Donald J. Trump. His soft smooth mullet and Hollywood style personality was amusing at first. Now, however, he is winning caucuses left and right. He's even had the audacity to ask his supporters for "Pledges" during his rallies, which has led to comparisons of Hitler and the Nazi party. And while protestors from all different backgrounds are thrown, beaten and yelled at by Trump supporters, there is only one thing that's certain . Your vote this year could either make or break, everything our Fore-Fathers ever worked for. Here are just three reasons you should get out to the polls!
1. Your voice matters.
This opportunity only comes around once every four years. There is no better time than now. This is the only time you get to see democracy happen at its best...or worst. Fortunately you have a direct hand in this. If you want a say in what happens to the future our nation, THEN VOTE!!! SPEAK OUT! MAKE SURE YOUR VOICE IS HEARD. And voting is the only way to make it happen.
2. It's your right.
This is your right. No one can take that from you. Thousands of people before you have fought and put their life on the line for the very same rights you like to pick and choose which one you'll exercise. There are still many countries that don't care about the rights of their citizens so be grateful you live here and go VOTE!!!
3. You snooze, you lose.
That's Right! Don't get mad in two years when the newly elected President doesn't go along with all of your beliefs. You didn't vote and now you're suffering the consequences. Just go out and vote. Make it your priority. If you vote we care about your opinion. If you don't then nothing can be done. It's simple. Vote to be heard.
