Starting out the new week can be tough because you have to get back to your routine in order to complete the tasks ahead of you. Here are a few tips to help make your week a little bit more bearable so that Friday will be here before you know it.

1. Take a bath

Like a real bath with bubbles, candles, music and maybe even some wine.

2. Make a playlist of your favorite songs at the moment, and then have it on repeat all day long

3. Buy a new outfit

It doesn't have to be covered in Swarovski crystals like the one above, but buy yourself an outfit that you feel good in.

4. Wash your sheets

5. Watch a movie by yourself

6. Go to sleep before midnight even if it's just once

7. Go for a run outside

There's something about taking in the fresh air and sunshine that will immediately make you feel better.

8. Call your parents

Even if it only lasts a minute, just call, and tell them you love them.

9. Cry

Because sometimes all you need is a good cry to clear your head.

10. Make a list of goals for the semester

11. Start a new book you've always wanted to read

12. Paint your nails

13. Find a way to sleep in at least once

And if it's past noon that's even better!

14. Cut up a bunch of fruit to eat throughout the week

15. Visit a friend that owns a cat or dog if you don't

Let's be honest animals make life so much better.

16. Watch at least two episodes of your favorite show

17. Accomplish at least one task or goal each day

18. Workout

I guarantee an hour in the gym will make you feel ten times better.

19. Have a night out or in with friends.

Regardless where you are, if you're with your friends then life is good.

When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating.
