We all have that ceaseless battle going on inside our heads at some point during our day that always begins with: Should I go to the gym? Followed by a series of excuses on why not to go...these excuses are for us to feel more comforted and a lot less guilty for not doing what we are supposed to be doing. We all have hectic lives but that's no excuse, most people just need the motivation to get going! Everyone can admit to making excuses from time to time, some can be completely within reason on why not to, while others.....

1. I'm way too tired, I stayed up all night watching Netflix

2. It's such a beautiful day! It would be a waste to be inside

3. I lost my headphones

4. I am a beautiful person, I don't need to exercise

5. I worked out way too hard yesterday

6. I already am increasing my jawline definition by eating all the time

7. I'm just way too busy

8. I made plans to get ice cream later...sooooo

9. My outfit is way too on point to change into workout clothes

10. I have so much homework, I'm going to study instead

11. I lost my water bottle, I need water

12. My phones on low battery, it needs to be fully charged

13. I already showered today, I can't waste more water

14. I ate a really big lunch earlier...(lunches over crunches)

15. My hair looks really good today, I cant risk ruining the flow

16. I took multiple trips to the kitchen today (cardio)

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
