It's common nowadays to find girls all over social media talking about sports, the latest scores, and highlights. Unfortunately, because we're girls, it's believed that we actually DON'T know what we're talking about. I can promise you we don't care about impressing you, so we don't waste our time googling scores, names, or positions. In reality, a good portion of us do know what we're talking about. Anyway, here's why if you're lucky enough to find a girl who loves sports, to never let her go.

1. She won't complain when you put a game on. Chances are she wanted to watch it too.

2. She won't make you suffer through chick flicks 75 percent of the time. The other 25 percent you're just going to have to deal with.

3. She can tell you random stats, like who the leader in passing yards was for the 1985 NFL season. (It was Dan Marino for those who didn't know.)

4. Your friends will be astonished and also kind of jealous.

5. You never have to ask her twice about beer and football. The answer will always be a firm yes.

6. It's kind of cute the way she gets angry and yells at the TV. Crazy, but cute.

7. Sometimes when she yells at the TV, she swears. And by sometimes I mean most of the time. Just let it be.

8. She looks good in whatever kind of jersey she wears.

9. Not only does she enjoy watching the games, but she actually understands what the heck is going on!

10. Her fantasy teams are probably better than yours.

11. She loves her teams so much that sometimes she cries when they lose. (This has nothing to do with just being a girl, I've seen boys do it too.)

12. If you don't have any favorite teams, she'll force you to watch her teams until they're your teams too.

13. Going to games is just as fun as going shopping.

14. The Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, World Series and NBA championship, are all considered holidays to her.

15. You have her father to thank for raising her this way.
