Call me hopeless and subjective, but most of these are Romantic and Independent Dramas. I hadn't realized my particular taste in movies until just now.

1. Glitch

Indie app developers Will (Lucas Neff) and Harper (Blake Silver) are rounding the corner on their big break when an app much-to-similar to theirs is released. The two choose to hire Keith (Levi Fiehler), an attorney, and stumble across his girlfriend, Sophie (Maiara Walsh), in a coffee shop. Will inevitably falls for Sophie as Keith fights for the right to buy her a new sofa, which holds more weight than you might think.

Katie (Kelly Macdonald), a woman from Hegg Island, Scotland living with regret and cellulite is chosen to be the "decoy bride" at Lara Tyler (Alice Eve) and James Arber's (David Tennant) wedding in a desperate attempt to avoid the paparazzi on the most important day of their lives. As it turns out, the prop and the prince despise each other and the last thing they want is to be around each other for another minute, then they find out they're stuck together. It's a bit of a modern and dark twist on Much Ado About Nothing.

Captain America strikes again but this time in the form of a trumpet player. Nick (Chris Evans), a street performer, runs into Brooke (Alice Eve) after she misses her 1:30 train to get back home. Brooke reluctantly accepts Nick's offer to get her back home by 7:00 and, in the meantime, the two get to know each other. It's basically every romance movie except it's not annoying.

5. Jackie & Ryan

Genres: Dramas, Romantic Dramas, Romantic Movies

Who knew Katherine Heigl could sing? 6. Cyberbully

Genres: Dramas, Teen dramas, Social Issue Dramas

You might remember this title from when it first aired on ABC Family. Gut-wrenching, humbling and terrifyingly honest, Cyberbully illuminates the terrifying reality of what it is like to be a part of the fifty-two percent who are bullied online. Taylor Hillridge (Emily Osment) joins a popular social media site at her school for fun and discovers she is the target for heartless jokes and cruel rumors that have been spread around the school. Cyberbully is a powerful and harrowing narrative that provides little embellishment on the reality of bullying (outside of theatrical perfomance).

If you've not already seen this movie I strongly recommend it. Don't let the ABC and Disney affiliations throw you off!

Your eyes do not deceive you. That is teenage heartthrob, Jesse McCartney. Keith is the movie adaptation of the short story, "Keith", by Ron Carlson. Jack-of-all-trades and star student Natalie (Elisabeth Harnois) is paired up with Keith (Jesse McCartney) in her science class. As time goes on, her efforts to stay focused and organized fail when Keith somehow worms his way into her life. Although his presence was unwanted at first, there is something about him that she needs to understand. Keith is not what you expect it to be. If there's ever a movie where every detail matters, it's this one.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
