The end of the semester is tough with papers, finals, and other exams..not to mention trying to find a job for the summer and figuring out all of your other plans. So, here are some hedgehogs that are here to give you some tips to get through it all:

1. Sleep

Sleep is a very necessary part of getting through the end of the semester!!! Make sure to sleep a good amount every night, and take naps if you need to!

2. Exercise

Exercise is great stress relief! Walk around campus with your friends or just go to the gym!

3. Eat healthy!

Putting healthy food into your body will keep you focused through classes and will allow you to feel a little bit better!

4. Make time to hang with your friends!

Friends make everything better! Have some fun!

5. Take study breaks.

Take a break and splurge on some Chipotle.

6. Sleep some more!

Sleep is very important...

7. Stay positive!

Positivity is key!

8. Get some fresh air.

Sometimes just being outside helps you clear your head!

9. Meet new people.

Making new friends is always good to do!

10. Talk to old friends.

Facetiming your best friend at another school can help you realize what's important.

11. Have some fun!

Just because it's finals season doesn't mean you should limit your free time to just studying. Have fun and do new things!
