1. On bid day when you had to throw up what you know, you threw it up the wrong way - (Switch hands!) Remember, your right hand makes the K and your left hand makes the Delta. When you are looking through your bid day pictures, you might have noticed that your hands are switched, oops!
2. You have at least 3 pieces of clothing that are green - If any of your friends need to borrow something green, you are the first person they turn to. And for some strange reason, green is becoming your favorite color.
3. You own a piece of clothing that says "Shamrock," and it is one of your favorite events that you look forward to - It doesn't matter if it is a basketball tournament, a race or a soccer tournament, Shamrock is helping a great cause while having a lot of fun with your campus and Greek community.
4. You love being a mentor and a big sister to the girl scouts - After you have joined KD, seeing a Girl Scout on the street is not the same anymore. And of course, you buy your annual Girl Scout cookies every year just to see them smile (and because they're delicious).
5. You go on Etsy and buy everything that says "Kappa Delta" or "KD" - As well as anything with a teddy bear, shell or a white rose on it; it is going into your shopping chart. The day that you become a KD the excitement is uncontainable! You just want to buy anything and everything with KD on it, from shirts to hats to cups.
6. Your personality is laid back yet competitive - Not only do you want be the best at school, you want to be the best at everything else you do! You love to participate in other houses' philanthropies, and love to win competitions with your sisters. All of your friends love you for your outgoing personality.
7. Leigh Anne Tuohy. Enough said. If you are a KD, you know what I'm talking about - Leigh Anne Tuohy, the mom of Michael Oher from The Blind Side, was a KD at the University of Mississippi. When you first found out that she is one of your sisters, you told your mom, dad, and basically everyone.
8. People can spot you walking around campus in the colors pearl white and olive green at least once a week - You love being a KD, so you are always taking advantage of repping your letters and showing them off proudly around campus.
9. You are grateful for the fact that KD are simple letters to decorate during crafting for your big or little - When making presents for your big or little, your job is not too hard since K&D are easy and short letters to decorate. And of course, super cute!
10. Being a Kappa Delta is one of your proudest accomplishments - You are honorable, beautiful and highest, and there is nothing you would change about being a Kappa Delta. Becoming a KD was the best choice you could have ever hoped to have made.
