You are loved.

Those three little words hold so much meaning. They give you life. They give you happiness. They make you feel worthy. They can even put a smile on your face after a day filled with trials and hardships. Yet for some reason, those three little words are left out of daily conversations with the people we love most in the world. And even when we say the words, "I love you," it's out of habit, at the end of a phone call, or an obligation. And, that just doesn't cut it.

Everyone deserves to know that they are loved in the upmost way. When you genuinely love someone, that love should be shown as much as possible because believe it or not, love needs to be talked about to be believed. Actions may be louder than words, but words are just as important when it comes to making someone believe they are worthy of love.

In a world where beauty means more in the materialistic sense than in the internal sense is a world that so desperately needs love's touch. Beauty is so much more than the stereotypical desires of the physical views of who a man or a woman should be. Beauty comes from the metaphysical. Sometimes, it can't physically be seen, but when that beauty is unlocked and let out into the world, it has the power to change it.

So, believe it. Believe me when I say that those three little words have the power to change someone's life and someone's entire world. Tell people how much you love them. Hold them close and never let them go because you never know what's going to happen in this life. And, you never know just how much those people you love need to hear you say that you love them.

Also... Believe me when I tell you that you are loved. You, as a person and a human being, are so loved and so valuable. You are worth more than you can fathom, and without anyone telling you that constantly, I know it is easy to believe otherwise. But, you are worthy and you are beautiful and you are enough.

The love that needs to be shown can sometimes be masked by the hatred that the world knows and lives in day after day. And, what better to battle hate than love? Hatred will only manifest hatred, but if we choose joy and we choose to love, then hate will have nothing to manifest itself in.

In a perfect world, it is easy to love and to outlive hate. But in the world we live in, love is hard but it is so worth it. People need love, relationships need love to live, and all in all, the world need loves to strive off of.

So, know you are worthy of love. You are beautiful and worth so much more than you realize. And know to love, always.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
