The 2016 Presidential Election is coming up fast. Election time is something that many look forward to for the steamy debates, savage campaigning and to have a say in who the leader of our next great nation will be. In many people's opinion, this is quite possibly the most important election we may ever experience. Many consider the United States to be on the edge between something amazing, or something terrible. This election could send the US back on top, or could cause more destruction than our country can handle.
With the battle between candidates and parties already fierce, we have seen candidates of all kinds hit the spotlight. One of the most well-known and highly debated is Donald Trump. Trump has hit the ground running with his extremely controversial campaign. This article is here to tell you exactly why you SHOULD vote for Trump in the 2016 United States Presidential Election.
You SHOULD vote for Trump if you want a politician and leader with no political experience. Wait, according to Trump in the September GOP Debate, he actually has three whole months of experience. Incredible. So if you think that two months of developing a campaign platform counts as political experience, then you should definitely vote Donald Trump for president. I mean, it makes sense right? He can learn as he goes!
I think many people can agree that something needs to be done about the immigration issues in the US right now. And isn’t building a wall between the US and Mexico the perfect solution? Trump seems to think so! Forbes magazine estimates that Trumps’ dream wall will cost upwards of fifty billion dollars. Yup, you read that right. It’s a 50 with nine zeros following it. If you’re afraid that the US does NOT have that kind of money to spare right now, then you are absolutely right and have no need to worry because Trump has also thought that through. We will make Mexico pay for the wall! If they don’t agree then we basically cut ties with them! And I’m sure they will absolutely love this and it will do great things for our relations with a country we are so close to.
Do you want a racist running a country that was founded on the belief that it would be a free nation? Great! Then Trump is the man for you! Again, during the GOP debate Trump could be heard saying that “this is a country where we speak English, not Spanish.” I somehow must have missed the memo that he United States made English the official language and that no other languages would be tolerated, but this is great news for all who seem to forget exactly why the US was founded so many years ago.

Another of my favorite Trumpisms is when he said that his ancestors didn’t come to the US so many years ago only to have the country overrun with immigrants. I’m sorry Trump, I just want to clarify…were your ancestors not immigrants, too?
And one last reason for why you SHOULD vote for Trump is that he speaks his mind! In a society today where you have to be so careful about what you say, it is so cool to see someone who is speaking out about what they believe in. It doesn’t even matter that he is hurting people and giving our country a bad name because honesty runs so few and far between. But if speaking one's mind is a quality we need in a president, then maybe I should just get my next door neighbor really drunk and have him start a campaign because he can be very honest, too, once he’s had a few too many.
But as you can see, there are so many incredible reasons for why you should vote for Trump. I will sum them all up for you really quickly. You SHOULD vote Trump for president of the United States if you want an arrogant, racist, sexist (though not elaborated on in this article, this is all over the Internet, should you need examples), ignorant politician who has next to no political experience and will say whatever it takes to become president. Will his platform be possible if he is elected? Probably not. Will we become a stronger nation because of him? Definitely not. But will his term as dictator be a total joke? I think we can safely say, yes. Yes it will.
