The New England Patriots

Many people say that the New England Patriots are one of the greatest football teams in the world. I also agree with this statement for a number of reasons. One of the biggest reasons being that while Brady was suspended, for the first the first four games of the regular season, two lesser known players took his place. However, this didn't seem to have a huge impact on the players because they still won three out of the four games with Garoppolo, a backup quarterback. Plus he also had an injury and had to be temporarily replaced during one of the games by the third string quarterback Brissett. After the four game suspension Brady returned ready and as determined as ever to show the world how great the Patriots are and to stick it to Roger Goodell. Which after seeing the remainder of this season unfold I can only imagine what is going through his head. A second reason that I believe the patriots are the greatest is their coach, BIll Belichick. Belichick is the mastermind behind all the successful games and plays. He's focused and determined to win every single game and always seems to persevere even when the odds are stacked against him. This isn't just my opinion either many other well known players, coaches, and sports analyzers have said the same about Bill Belichick. Last but not least the player that takes the cake as the greatest quarterback of all time is Tom Brady. After this most recent Superbowl Li win Brady is known as the GOAT( greatest of all time) and there isn't really anything that can be said to dispute that. What other quarterback can be suspended for the first four games of the season but still come back and be just as talented as before. Plus, to add to that Brady, Belichick, and the rest of the Patriots broke numerous records during the super bowl. One was the comeback from a score of 28-3 in the beginning of the third to gaining 31 points from the middle of the third to the winning touchdown in the final seconds of the game. Another record that was set during the game was the number super bowl wins by both Brady and Belichick who now both have five rings. Lastly is the record of super bowl appearances by a head coach which Belichick holds. There is an amounting collection of information that proves the Patriots will go down in history as one of the greatest if not solely the greatest teams in NFL history.
