Exercising to me is so much more than just doing it to look "good." I exercise because it gives me an adrenaline rush that makes me feel like I can do absolutely anything. It pushes me to limits that I could have never imagined accomplishing. It is my outlet where I can be free from just about anything.

Sure, there are some (many) days where I feel tired, lazy or not up to going to the gym and getting a workout in, but those days are the days that make me feel the best about myself. When my workout is complete, I feel as if a weight is lifted off of my shoulders and I am beyond proud of myself for having the will power to get up and do what is best for myself.

There's no better feeling than setting a new PR for any kind of exercise. Knowing I can push myself more and more, and feeling myself becoming stronger is the best kind of determination there is. I don't try to compete with others, only myself.

It keeps me focused on what's important and what's not. The long term effect of keeping myself in shape is worth so much more than the short lived experiences that will only cause harm to my body. Exercising has showed me that I need to love my body as much as it loves me.

Exercising has changed my life for the better. It has showed me that I am so much better than I thought I was. It has brought me unconditional happiness and relationships with people that I'll never forget. I am healthier, stronger and much more confident than I ever was in the past.

Plus, the physical results of any workout that is done is so gratifying that all the hard work that is put in definitely pays off. Looking in the mirror and noticing your results makes anyone feel like they're on top of the world.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
